These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website irrigationinnovationsnj.com and the irrigation services provided by Irrigation Innovations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Irrigation Innovations LLC provides sprinkler system installation, repair, maintenance, winterization, spring start-up, dripline installation, well conversions, smart irrigation systems, and landscape lighting services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in South Jersey.

All service work is performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with New Jersey state regulations governing irrigation contractors.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided for new installations and major projects. Estimates are based on a site assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may differ if site conditions change or if additional work is requested beyond the original scope.

For repairs and maintenance services, we provide an estimated cost range before beginning work. If the actual repair exceeds the estimated range, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and credit card. For large installations, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

Warranty

New irrigation system installations come with a 5-year warranty covering parts and labor. Most repairs are also backed by a 5-year warranty, provided the system is maintained through the warranty period. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by third parties, acts of nature, or failure to properly winterize or maintain the system.

Warranty service is available during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). Emergency repairs outside of warranty may be subject to additional charges.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Irrigation Innovations LLC. Messages may include:

  • Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, service reminders, schedule changes, and service completion notifications. These are sent as needed based on your service activity.
  • Marketing messages: Seasonal promotions, special offers, and service reminders. Sent up to 4 messages per month. You must separately opt-in to receive marketing messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and message preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You can purchase our services without opting in to marketing text messages.

Cancellation and Scheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee. For seasonal services (winterization, spring start-up), appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to weather conditions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
